How Our Service Works

1. Customer submits a repair request.
2. Technician visit is scheduled based on availability.
3. Appliance is inspected.
4. Customer receives the repair estimate.
5. Repair begins only after customer approval.
6. Replacement parts are discussed before installation.
7. Invoice or service documentation is provided after completion.

Visiting/inspection charges: A visiting or inspection charge may apply. The applicable charge will be communicated before the technician visit. Repair and replacement-part costs are quoted separately after inspection.

Replacement parts may include genuine OEM or compatible third-party components depending on appliance model, availability and customer approval. Part type, price and applicable warranty will be explained before installation.
